The National Network for Older Persons of Uganda (NNOPU) is a registered Non – Government Organisation (NGO) whose vision for Uganda’s community life is one where socio-economically empowered older persons can live meaningful and decent lives.
NNOPU is a network of registered NGOs who have came together from 2007 to provide a more powerful voice to advocate for older persons of Uganda. NNOPU members recognise that their combined efforts have greater capacity to promote awareness of the needs of older persons, to influence government policy and to provide an avenue for professional and service development.
