Instructions

This form collects your registration details so that NNOP can process the application. Instructions on how to complete this form follow:

Most fields have a brief explanation about what information is required
Compulsory fields are marked with a red asterisk, e.g.*
Answer the multiple choice "Region" question by selecting the appropriate item
If recorded and displayed on our site, your email address will disguised to prevent spam
If some of the "About Your Organization" questions are difficult to complete, just fill in as much details as possible
When finished, click the Submit button and an acknowledgement page will appear
Clicking the Reset button will clear all of your entries
